Coulwood Middle School is a Title I School under the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and receives federal funds from the Title I program. These funds help students who are not achieving at grade level in high-poverty schools.

Coulwood is committed to providing quality instruction for all students and does so by employing the most qualified individuals to teach and support each student in the classroom.
